- 2001: During a National Security Council meeting, President George W. Bush is briefed on a report titled “Bin Ladin Determined To Strike in US,” which warned of potential terrorist attacks by Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaeda network.
- 2019: The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, announce the birth of their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, who becomes seventh in line to the British throne.
